On a 3-month plan, your medication is sent in three monthly shipments. If you need to stop the program after the first month's medication has been delivered, we will refund you for the second and third months' undelivered medication.

For both promises, the refund is for the total program fee minus the price/MRP of all medication that has already been dispatched to you. Our team will provide a clear, itemized statement with your refund.
If you meet the eligibility criteria for either promise, please email support@early.fit with the subject "Early Promise Refund Request" within 30 days of your program's end date. Our team will review your app data to verify adherence and process your request promptly.
